With a Master of Science in Finance and an MBA, Elena is our resident Registered Tax Preparer and Certified Acceptance Agent approved by the IRS. Since 2003 she has provided tax and accounting services throughout firms in Dallas and 500 Fortune Global Corporations. This dedication to exceptional service allowed her to serve a broad number of trusted clients, from individuals to corporate partners. In 2010 Elena started her own company, EMW Consulting.
 Elena loves to hike, ski, swim, and travel with her family or relax at home with her border collie dog Kash and British chinchilla cat Yolka.

Accomplished financial services professional with 10+ years of experience and proven track record of creating high performing teams, launching operations, and exceeding financial targets armed with broad-based background and skills in the areas of accounting, finance, and management. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, and CFA Level 1 Candidate. Determined to implement earned skills for rapid growth and development all clients. Natalia has an ability to handle responsibility and build positive relationships with clients at all levels. Natalia loves travelling with her family, mountain hiking and ski. She likes gardening as well as visiting concerts or museums.

After moving to Texas in 2008, Anastasiya began her studies at South Methodist University (SMU) with a focus on Finance through the Cox School of Business. She currently manages data flow, technology, and digital transformation for clients of all sizes – bringing a much-needed IT/Tech background to our team at EMW Consulting. In her free time, Anastasiya enjoys traveling with friends, snowboarding, participating in various on-campus organizations, and spoiling her two cats, Boris and Musya

With a Master in Audit, Yana was working for US corporations since 2017, specialized primary in logistic and trucking industries. She handles trucking clients with complex projects and compliance.

Yana loves to travel with her family, taking road trips and international trips. Her hobbies are swimming, tennis, and various sport activities.

For more than 13 years, Dasha has competed and excelled as a professional gymnast. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and has worked for various enterprise-level corporations, specializing in European and US market evolution. This international experience is a valuable addition to our team at EMW Consulting. It provides an excellent starting point for many of our business-level clients. Dasha loves to meet up with friends and family while traveling, hiking, and enjoying a relaxing evening together. Her current free time focus is on developing her public speaking skills and exploring the imaginative world of acting.
